According to Cali, the album title comes from a fisherman friend (a Fernand1 named) who, delighted with the opening of fisheries, would have sent an SMS at 6 in the morning saying: "I am happy. Life is a rainbow rainbow trout swimming in my heart. "The singer reportedly told him "You've just found the title of my album."
The magazine Télérama counts several "hiccups" starting with the title of the album, which shares the drive between "the mocking laughter and sincere concern about the mental health of the artist."
