Built into the same chassis as the rest of the Pro-Ject Box series, the Amp Box Mono is a serious mono-bloc amplifier that achieves a remarkable 80% operational efficiency and a surprisingly dynamic 40W output (4 ohms). Small size and efficiency make the Amp Box Mono ideal for discrete amplification; high quality parts selection and top notch build quality are exactly what you'd expect from Pro-Ject. The heavy steel chassis shields the internal circuitry from vibration and electromagnetic interference allowing excellent fidelity from a very small box.
