2017 EU repressing on 180g 4LP = the band's third live offering was recorded at the Budokan hall in Japan, in front of an ecstatic audience in April 2004. A lot of the material comes from the band's 2002 album Six Degrees Of Inner Turbulence. John Petrucci's riffs are as groovy as ever here and his solos are (as usual) second to none, James LaBrie's voice just keeps on getting better and John Myung's supple bass lines add a wonderful layer to the band's prog metal masterpieces.

The legacy established throughout their virtuosic career of astounding aesthetic alchemy has made their very moniker synonymous with the power of talent, ability and momentum when brilliantly forged together.
