The Beach Boys are an American band formed by brothers Brian Wilson, Dennis Wilson and Carl Wilson, their cousin Mike Love, and school friend Al Jardine in 1961. One of the most influential acts of the rock era, purveyors of both infectious surf music and sophisticated baroque/psychedelicpop.
