Originally released in 1982 as a record of the concert tour Jean-Michel undertook in 1981, this incredible 2LP is a snapshot of an important moment in Chinese history.

 

In 1981, the artist performed five spectacular concerts in Beijing and Shanghai in front of an estimated audience of 120,000. This was truly a milestone in Western music for the country and for Jean-Michel Jarre's profile on the world stage.
